My name is Tamara Weaver
(nee Partridge)
The last decade has seen Tamara specialising in multimedia composition, mostly film, TV and games; "What Goes Around", "Strong Women" and "Legally Blonde: the Game".
Many of her works have been displayed in international festivals such as MIFF, MWFF, LA Film Festival, Melbourne Fringe Festival, and in 2021, “Strong Women” was award an AACTA for Best Short From Entertainment.
Her projects are available to stream on web series platforms, ABC iView, Docplay and Amazon Prime.
Now back to her performance roots, you can find her producing as, Mosette, playing flute and keys with funk six-piece Munkus Funkus and exploring hybrid composing.
Tamara works towards equality in the industry and is a central focus of her practice. Through her compositions and personal relationships with other creatives, she hopes to build a more equitable and supportive music and arts industry for women and minority groups.
